Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. For GCC countries, delivery takes 5-7 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned unless defective.
